Islot Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

1Interpretation & Definitions

In these islot Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "islot" or "Platform" refers to the islot.run website and all sports betting and online casino services operated under it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the islot platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a Member on the islot platform for the purposes of betting and gaming.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of MYR held in your islot account at any given time.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed through the islot platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots and virtual sports.
• "Odds" refers to the payout ratio set by islot for a given betting selection.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, cashback, or other promotional benefits granted by islot to a Member.

2Account Registration

To register an islot account, you must meet the following requirements and agree to the obligations set out below:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon verification.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one islot account. Owning multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your details should any changes occur.
• islot reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad) at any time for account verification purposes, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your islot account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. islot is not liable for any losses resulting from the sharing of login information.

3Deposits & Payments

Islot accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• islot is not liable for any processing delays caused by technical issues on the part of e-wallet providers or banks.
• Any deposit made in error cannot be refunded once the credit has entered your islot account and been used for wagering.

4Withdrawals

Islot members may withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM20 per transaction. Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals via FPX to a bank account require one business day.
• islot reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM500 or for a new member's first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• islot reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms while an investigation is ongoing.

5Sports Betting

Islot's Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, e-sports, NBA, and more than 30 other sports. The following conditions apply to all sports bets:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your bet slip carefully before final confirmation.
• In-play bets (placed during a live match) are subject to real-time odds changes. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds applied to your winnings calculation.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, islot reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the staked amount to the account.
• Official results used for bet settlement are based on official data sources received by islot. In the event of a dispute, islot's decision is final.
• islot reserves the right to limit bet sizes or decline bets from any member for market risk reasons without being required to provide justification.
• The Cash Out feature is available on selected bets and the Cash Out value is determined by islot based on current odds. The Cash Out value may be lower or higher than the original bet amount.

6Casino & Games

The islot platform offers a Live Casino with professional dealers, slots, and virtual sports around the clock. The following terms apply:

• All casino games on islot use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by internationally accredited auditing bodies. Every round result is completely random.
• islot's Live Casino is streamed in real time from a physical studio. Dealer outcomes in Live Casino games are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.
• islot Virtual Sports generates a match every 3 to 5 minutes using a certified RNG. Virtual sports outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or software bug will be considered void, and islot reserves the right to cancel such winnings and refund the original bet amount.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised assistance tools while playing casino games or slots on islot is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

7Bonus & Promotions

Islot offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to additional specific terms beyond these General Terms:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the respective promotion's terms.

8Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the islot platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering for or using the islot platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Holding more than one islot account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Any form of fraud, collusion between players, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Use of automation software, bots, data mining, or any other unauthorised methods.
• Attempting to launder money or using the islot platform for any illegal activity.
• Making a deposit using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.

9Account Closure

An islot account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• By the Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@islot.run. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method once verification is complete.
• By islot: islot reserves the right to close your account if there is proven violation of these Terms, fraud, collusion, or any activity that is harmful to the platform or other members.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as a responsible gambling measure. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
• If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach, islot reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including winnings obtained through activities that violate these Terms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, islot is not liable for the following:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or playing on the islot platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages or circumstances beyond islot's control.
• Deposit or withdrawal processing delays caused by third-party technical issues such as bank or e-wallet provider outages.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

11Data Privacy

Islot takes your privacy seriously. The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed entirely by islot's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

12Amendments to Terms
